Repeatedly Poor Service

Waitrose, supposedly the top peoples supermarket and with the emblem by appoint to his majesty the king. I hope king Charles gets a better service than I have received. Out of 13 attempts asking for a paper receipt to be delivered with my order I only received it only twice! Why this is so essential to me as I am blind and have to rely and pay someone £20 an hour to go on a computer to try and print off what had been delivered which is usually incorrect for what has actually been sent.

The excuses given are everything from; I don't know how to work a computer to the printer is not working etc, etc, etc The other problem is when ordering there is a section to say no substitutes which still arrives with substitutes and has to be sent back. Worse still is when you order something which at that time is apparently available by the time it is delivered it is not, I estimate out of 20 or so orders only one time everything arrived to the worse time when 5 things ordered were not available to be delivered, this I have been informed is due to when new stock arrives on the trucks at 7am the shopping has already been done for the local delivery's, of course the most obvious solution to this would be for the trucks to arrive earlier or the local delivery's left until later enabling all customers orders to be filled...

Waitrose, supposedly the top peoples supermarket???
